Welcome to Ravalli County FCU’s Voice Response Guide. Your Credit Union information is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year with our voice response system.

IMPORTANT! Please have your account number and personal identification number (PIN) available. You cannot access your account without them.

First time callers will be asked to enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. You will then be prompted select your choice of a four-digit PIN. Choose a PIN that is easy to remember and can easily be typed in on your phone.

Guard your PIN. It provides the security for your account and is not recorded at the Credit Union.

Step One:  Call 1-800-555-9258

Step Two: Select an option. You may press “0” to hear instructions for using the system.

  1. For account inquiries
  2. To perform money transactions
  3. For Credit Union rates or loan estimates
  4. To change your PIN
  5. To access a different member number
  6. For other Credit Union services
  7. (not available)
  8. To repeat these option
  9. To end this call

Step Three: At the end of your session be sure to press the 9 key on your telephone. You will hear the Voice Response System say “Goodbye”.
